perform many functions including but not limited to billing and technical
support for our ISP customers. We do not expect everyone to know about radios
so we will train how to install and trouble shoot point to multi point radios.

Minimum Requirements
--------------------
. General knowledge in basic troubleshooting techniques and problem isolation
. Technical Certificate or vocational school completion desirable plus or at
least 1 year of related experience.
. Knowledgeable with TCP/IP
. Experience with Outlook, some experience setting up mail accounts
. Basic knowledge of incoming (POP) and outgoing (SMTP) servers
. Broad experience of all Microsoft operating systems
. Previous call center experience a definite plus
. Unix experience a plus but not mandatory
. RF experience a real strong plus but will train!
. Networking experience a plus
. Experience with Microsoft Office
. Needs to be patient
. Some billing experience
. Reliable transportation
. Customer service experience required
. Customer Oriented
. Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
