Adam joined Skyriver Communications as its Chief Financial Officer in May of 2005.  Adam is responsible for providing oversight for all of the finance and accounting related functions at the company, and in addition works closely with Skyriver’s management, Board of Directors and investors to develop and implement Skyriver’s strategic direction.   


Adam previously served as a member of the investment team and Chief Investment Officer at BridgeWest LLC, a private equity investment company focused on emerging wireless technologies. Adam filled various operational and board roles for BridgeWest’s portfolio companies including CFO for Polexis, Inc, a San Diego based software company that was acquired by a public company in March 2004. Adam also spent four years as an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin where he worked on a wide variety of transactions for private and public companies with aggregate value in excess of $1 billion.  


Adam received his B.S. in Finance at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and his M.B.A. at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
