Hugo Morales is Vice President of Customer Operations and Corporate Development at Skyriver Communications. Hugo has over 15 years experience in launching and operating wired, cable and wireless networks and brings extensive experience in the gaming, cable, and service provider industries for Residential and Business customers.


Prior to joining Skyriver, Hugo worked for Cox where he was a key member in the initial launch of the Cox Business Services Organization in San Diego, California. As a member of the senior team, he held responsibility for new product development, new construction builds, sales support and overall project management. Hugo also worked as Regional Communication Manager for GTECH Corp. where he was responsible for the launch of multiple Lottery Network infrastructures in the western U.S. region. Hugo oversaw the deployment and operation of 7 western states and the first wireless gaming network in New Mexico.
