The network team is responsible for the network hardware, software, and infrastructure which includes but is not limted to servers, switches, backup systems, and firewalls.
Trouble tickets are responded to within the same business day 8AM - 5PM PST, Monday - Friday. If you require technical support outside of these hours, please submit a ticket and review your escalation documentation,
