Babak Jafarian

Babak Jafarian is Vice President of Network Engineering and Operations. Jafarian brings more than 15 years of executive management, system engineering and product development experience in wireless communications to Skyriver. Prior to joining Skyriver, Jafarian served as the Founder, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Ortiva Wireless, a leading mobile TV platform provider.

Before Ortiva, Jafarian led the Network Solutions Group at Wireless Facilities, Inc. and held various management roles at Motorola and O2 in Great Britain. Jafarian earned a Ph.D. in electronic and electrical engineering from King's College London and an MBA from the London School of Economics.
