Whether you need redundancy for just a T1 or a GigE Internet connection, Skyriver is the only truly redundant solution to telecommunications and cable service providers. Unlike CLEC’s or other legacy providers, Skyriver network infrastructure does not utilize TELCO central office or backbone facilities in the delivery of broadband Internet connectivity.

Skyriver does not utilize the phone company network to provide Internet service. With Skyriver providing one of these connections, your Internet will remain up even if the phone company goes down.
Skyriver has two methods for creating redundancy at your location. If you are an Enterprise user, we will configure BGP4 on your links and for a Small or Medium business we will install and configure a hardware failover router. Both types of connection can be configured for either load-balancing or failover Internet services.
Small and Medium Buiness
With the ability to connect up to two Internet connections, Skyriver can configure a fast-acting failover response mechanism; if one Internet connection goes down, the other automatically takes control to ensure continuous network uptime.
Enterprise
We are able to provide our customers with full view Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) version 4. Using full view BGP v.4 and a Skyriver Enterprise connectivity solution, our knowledgeable and responsive network engineers can help you get your network connected as an Autonomous System (AS) to the core of the Internet.
