Your IP addresses
During your broadband service installation, our Field Engineer will note your IP addresses on an orange hangtag that is placed in your data room at the point of demarcation (DEMARC). You may want to make a note of your IP addresses and keep them handy for any of your IT folks who may require the information. Of course, anytime you contact us, we have this information readily available.
Your Skyriver business Internet service bills
Your business broadband service billing period begins on the day your broadband Internet service is installed and is due COD to our Field Engineer at the time of installation. Future bills will be sent monthly, 25 days prior to the start of your service period. Payment is due at the start of each of your billing periods. For example, if your service is installed on the 5th of the month, your next payment will be due prior to the 5th of the following month.
