Skyriver Communications Reaches Profitability In Ontario, California Market.

SAN DIEGO, March 5, 2003 -- Skyriver Communications, Inc. announces today its Ontario, Calif. and surrounding communities market reached profitability ahead of schedule and only 10 months after commercial launch. Covering the communities of Ontario, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, and portions of Fontana and Pomona, Calif., the Skyriver broadband wireless access network covers geography with a population of approximately 434,000 people and 8,200 small to medium enterprises.

The Ontario metro area, which was projected to achieve profitability in mid-2003, has proven a desirable business environment. Market acceptance is very high, and subscriber additions have averaged 27.3% month over month growth for the 10-month period ending February 28, 2003. Revenues have also seen a dramatic increase, growing in excess of 25% monthly for the first 10 months of commercial activity.
